Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Every order is shipped with tracking.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Squishies ship from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, and most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Express orders usually arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, sales or carrier delays.

If you order more than one item, your squishies may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs, duties and taxes

Most small orders arrive without any extra fees. If your country does charge import duties or taxes on your order, those are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
